Breathtaking views, variety of food, love the rooftop, and just everything was pretty and clean.

Super hotel mega Pools (warm)

Positives: - Reception staff are nice and speak good English - We were given food plated up for us on arrival since we missed dinner time. Ate it in the restaurant - Modern, spacious room with amazing sea view (sea front room). Feels luxurious! - Big balcony with table, chairs + big light to sit out at night - Good choice of food, allergens listed on labels (most of time) - The pool is clean and very good, it’s easy to get a sunbed anytime - The rooftop area is really nice, loungers in water, hot tub pools good, snack bar is reasonably priced - Spa facilities are really good for a good price. Hot pool and flotation pool, cold pool, ice bucket, steam room, sauna and various showers Negatives: - Have to pay to take food out of the buffet restaurant - They force you to get a hotel towel to use the pool (€10 deposit each) even if you don’t want one - they don’t wash your pool towel for a week but if you want it washed you have to pay €1 (you don’t get back) each time - Can’t sit at a table of 4 if there’s 2 of you even if it’s quiet at the restaurant - They don’t tell you that you need to take your room card to the buffet until you are there and don’t have it - No wifi in room (room 720) won’t load any social media and always disconnects - No bar in reception (pool bar near reception outside but closes at 18.00) - No night time entertainment in hotel or surrounding area except rooftop dj - Shower water ran out our shower onto the bathroom floor so gets wet and slippy - rooftop terrace - takes ages to order cocktails. Stop cocktails at 11.00 but doesn’t say that anywhere. We waited to order at 10:45 and when she finally came over at 11.00 she refused to serve us - Spa had no loungers or chairs to sit on between using the pool - One lifeguard was horrible and condescending to us during our stay. Always watching everyone and patrolling the pool staring constantly. Puts you on edge when the pool is meant to be relaxing Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but the rules that are in place ruin the experience

Hotel was clean and friendly on arrival. However, we were woken up daily (early) due to cleaners banging loudly etc. Breakfast and lunch were lovely, dinner was not. Young life guard who was around the pool was an absolute jobs worth, made us feel very uncomfortable was watching our every move, the day we were leaving the staff at reception were extremely rude, i asked for a little drink from the juice they had for guests behind the reception before i got on the coach, and she refused and said only for guests on arrival, i explained i was thirsty and didnt have time to go to the shop but she was not interested. The life guard and members of staff completely ruined our last day, never felt so uncomfortable.
